Great time, Great people, Great places. Do it

Vraiment super!

What a fantastic tour, beautiful places and a great guide! He made us feel realy good on the trip, and we, my friend and I, would like to say 'thank you' to him. The parks are wonderful. But it is as much important, that the guide fits for a really good trip!

We had a great time. The trip was well planned, with lots of fun and interesting things to see and do. The accommodation and food were better than I had expected. Our tour guide, Mel, was brilliant!

Fantastic tour, we had a bus full of young fun loving people and we had a ball. Mel was our driver/guide and she showed us all of the amazing waterfalls and swimming holes, she told us about the termite mounds and other features of the outback. The food was fresh and plentiful. Dinner the first night was a BBQ with steaks, sausages and salads with lots of wine. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to explore the beautiful water holes and waterfalls. I would definitely recommend this tour but take the Aerogard, good walking shoes and sunblock. There is a lot of climbing up rocky hills at Litchfield.

I am very satisfied with this tour. Thanks for our guide, I enjoyed this trip so much. We swam in the natural pool, we saw wild animals, we enjoy BBQs, and we felt ancient histories.

It was a fantastic experience for me and my friend. Our guide Luke Malady was so attentive, so easy to deal with and to talk to! Everything was well planned, the weather was fine, all in all - great time in Northern Territory.

Terrific Tour. Our guide was friendly, efficient and well informed. The National Parks were superb. The food was healthy and tasty.

So beautiful places! The tour is pricy but as everything here. WOA is an experienced company, good campsites, excellent food, should allow more time for meals and JJ Falls. Negative: have to carry cash to take ferry for twin falls and wasn't advertised. Impossible to hear the guide on the back seats

An excellent tour. Our guide, Annaliese, was capable, knowledgeable, helpful and kept us in action all the time. The group size (7) was especially good. We saw everything expected - PLUS. Perfect weather and an air conditioned bus certainly helped.

This tour was amazing!

The trip was nice, but the guide was very bad. She told us too less about the landscape and the parks itself. She drove very well but her service was quite bad.

Good fun trip. I'm used to independent travel and budget trips, but if you are used to guided tours and prefer someone else to plan your trip then this is the tour to do.
Opinión de: OR S , julio 2016
The tour was well organized, but over priced for what you get,the food was very bad.The 3rd day we just had leftovers!
And the worst thing was the guide-he was rude to every single one of the group, didn and #39;t answer questions, just a jerk and very arrogant too.
I will never book wayoutback tours again.

Well I see that like everything else no one replied in the 2 business days but I am not surprised. Ever since I started out the tours I understood that it was with people that never keep their word, give false on their documentation. The only thing I can hope is if the information I can transmit to VIATOR about the administrative as well as the tour itself will keep others from using your services. I have been traveling for over 20 years and during that time have used many tour groups all over the world, I can guarantee the service I got from thr Darwin office of wayoutback was only wayout I only hope that VIATOR will put my critics on the blog problem today I guess it is just a question of making money so ?
I am forwarding a copy of are correspondence to VIATOR even if I know want change anything.

First of all, there were not much of adventure. You get stuck in the bus most of the time.
Secondly, our guide Flick was the worst. She was not friendly, agressive sometimes, she didn't tell us anything about the sites we were visiting and she didn't even show us everything that we should have seen as written on the tour. No campfire for us, I guess she was too lazy to do it.
Cleanliness : 0/10. Let me explain, the tents were dirty, they were stains on the sheets, there was mold in the fridge, seriously?? Ok it's an nature tour but still you can expect a bit of cleanliness when you pay 400 / person.
The only plus in the tour was the people we where with and I can assure you that everyones felt the same about the tour and our guide.
Opinión de: R L Kelly K , mayo 2015
This was a tour lacking in organization, consideration of guests, and lacking appropriate standards of cleanliness and hygiene. There were no maps or your brochures, no adequate daily briefing, campsite facilities were dirty, permanent tents OK but dirty and with mouldy pillows provided.

Very little interaction from the guide unfortunately, making it mostly a long bus trip
