The tour was outstanding! The bus driver was really funny and enjoyable while explaining what to expect when we arrived at the Canyon. Of course the canyon was magnificent and the Hualapai Rach and Guano point were breathtaking, I would definitely recommend this tour company.

Missed pickup in front of hotel with our tour company, not because I was late but miscommunications of where they would be vs. where I was. But they went out of their way to send a car to drive us to catch the tour bus and all was great the rest of the journey. Would be nice if we had a bit more time at the West Rim as there are 3 stops to make but it's all doable and we enjoyed our adventure!

This was an amazing trip from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon West Rim. The highlight was the Skywalk, but our tour guide played a very important role in making sure our trip was a success.

The local tour company took good care of us, provided all the food we were promised and took us to the locations they agreed to, as well as providing us with a very organized guide/bus driver who was pleasant and helpful. HOWEVER -- on the way home, they stopped at 19 hotels to drop people off, which took about 2 hours. That is 2 hours of extra time on the bus that was unnecessary. The local tour company needs to arrange a different way to drop people off, as this method was unacceptable. I have been on Viator tours around the globe that were well-organized and that didn't subject their participants to that kind of drop-off routine. We should have been informed ahead of time if that was their plan and then we would have driven to the hotel that would have been their first drop-off point.

I liked our tour bus operator. The bus itself was clean, but the tour operator repeatedly told us NOT to use the restroom in the rear smell, nowhere for her to dump the contents, etc. why have a restroom if we cannot use it? Also, the seats were small and too close together I am 5'9 tall, and my knees were skimming the seat in front of me. Lastly, half the bus was in the sun both ways. It was too warm, and the operator, not once, checked to see if we were comfortable. If there were shades to pull down, it would have been much better. The 'continental' b'fast was terrible. Lastly, there were 3 pick-up points going....but returning? The operator stated that she had 19 stops to make!!! Note to self: If I were ever to use Viator with their local operator Sweetours again, I would ask many questions before spending my money.

This was a great day trip during our stay in Las Vegas. We were between the West Rim and South Rim--and from reading, it sounded like the South Rim would be more what we were looking for, but was a good 15 hour day, so we went with this trip instead. We were not disappointed. The bus driver Anthony was awesome! He gave some great history and background on Vegas and other points along the way. We also got to view a movie on the making of the Skywalk, which was very interesting. Once at the West Rim, there's three stops on the Indian Reservation with a circulating bus. The first stop, which was an Indian Village/Town, which I thought was gimmicky, boring, and not interesting at all. I would've gotten our lunch there since the food smelled good, but it was still too early. We were maybe there 10 or 15 minutes. Stop 2 was where the Skywalk was, which we did not do but it looked awesome, but the views at this stop were amazing. The visitor center was a good spot for information as well. The 3rd stop was worth the price of admission. From the point--you get an almost 360 view of the canyon, which made for a great panoramic picture taken with my phone. The food there was great, and we sat basically right near the cliff. We spent most of our time at this spot. We had plenty of time to do what we needed to, and then headed back to the bus. Pickup to Dropoff was about 11 hours we were back in Vegas in time to rest our feet, and then get dinner and gamble some more!

Our tour driver Anthony was entertaining, informative. He set guidelines and provide relevant information for the group. My daughter and I enjoyed the tour very much.

We waited for our ride to pick us up at our hotel at 6:00am. The driver was not friendly, he didn't even say Good Morning. After picking up others at their hotel, we arrived at a meeting place where we were brief as to which bus to board for our tour. The bus we boarded was really full. Our bus driver was Anthony. It was boring during our way to the Grand Canyon as our bus driver didn't say much, just suggested that when we arrived it would be easier to have your lunch first at the first stop. Otherwise, the Grand Canyon was amazing. We were told to be back at the bus at a certain time and a couple of passengers did not return making us wait for almost 2 hours in the bus. Anthony was patient and nice enough to get us to see Hoover Dam and back to our hotel. The small breakfast and lunch was good.

What a great day this was! The feeder bus picked up at our hotel exactly on time, and we soon met up with the main coach party. As we boarded we were given a light breakfast snack and bottled water, which was also available throughout the day. Our driver for the day was Walter, and he kept us entertained with his stories and advice about what to do - and not to do! - when in Vegas. We also stopped off for a few snaps at the Hoover Dam, and a small town called Dolan Springs.
On arrival at the Canyon we had three and a half hours to spend there, and Walter gave advice about how best to use that time at each of the 3 points on the courtesy bus shuttle. Needless to say, the views were spectacular, and it would be great to revisit at some of the other viewing points one day.
We had a lovely lunch at the Hualapai Ranch, before making our way back via the shuttle bus to the drop off/pick up point at the airport..... There we enjoyed a cup of coffee and browsed the shop before making our way back to Walter and our journey back through the Mojave Desert. One final comfort break made at Arizona's last stop, and then back to base in time to see an evening show. An extremely enjoyable day!
