If I could give to them no stars I would, I had a terrible experience! I never took the tour! They told me to wait in the Bellagio Underground Tour 6:40pm, Jan. 1, 2018, I was there since 6:20pm, even earlier, I was at the Aria but they told me to go there, a lot of tour buses came, but never ever someone asked or shouted for me, and I never ever saw a Gray Line car or something of the tour name, I thought they were late, I called them at 7pm and the woman told me that I missed the tour! how was that possible!? she made me wait a lot and finally told me that they could pick me again but without the Vegas Sign, how could I accept without that and I was already so mad that I said NO of course! I booked the tour only for me, so I bet they left me because of that, I wish I booked with other company, but I picked them for all that they offer MY BIG MISTAKE!
We were met at the West Wing Tour Lobby of the MGM promptly by William our driver in a shuttle bus. William was really courteous throughout, gave a great commentary and was an EXCELLENT driver. It was a good tour - stopped at the Las Vegas sign, saw Bellagio fountains via the bus and then spent about 40 minutes at Fremont Street not for the faint hearted!. The wedding chapels were also great to see as we drove past. It would have been nice to see the volcano at the Mirage but the timings had changed so we missed out on that one....maybe next time :- We also got free water and had a champagne toast! We got on the tour bus at 7pm and were dropped back at the hotel around 11pm. A nice bunch of people too on the bus so it was a good night out.
This was very disappointing. We were picked up an hour and a half late. All we did was go to the iconic Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign to take pictures and then to Fremont Street where we were left for an hour on our own. Definitely a waste of money.
We were right on time for the volcano eruption at the Mirage, although super crowded.
We also stopped at the famous Welcome to fabulous law vegas sign, but could not get close once again because of the crowds, and time restraints.
Fremont street was the finale...a bunch of strange people, and limited time.
Wished we could have stopped at the Belleggio for the water show.
the tour was definitely not what we had hoped for.
