I have used Viator many times in many countries and LOVED it every time - until now. I had two theatre bookings and both were appalling seats that i cannot believe were 'top price' seating as i paid for. For this show i was so far back on the balcony level that the front of the higher balcony blocked the back of the stage. For the other i was back row two seats from the corner - dreadful view. I won't buy theatre tickets with Viator again but will continue to use their other tours which have always been excellent.
Collection of our tickets was quick and easy once we arrived at the theatre. We had arrived quite early so enjoyed a drink at the bar before the seating commenced for the show. The theatre was lovely inside and the seats we were given had a good view of the stage. We all thoroughly enjoyed the show - it was fun with wonderful actors, dancers and singers. The area the theatre is located in had a bustling pub/club scene which could be a little daunting to those with smaller children in their group, but we managed to find our way back to our hotel without any problems.
this booking system was honestly so easy that I had expected some issues when we got to the theatre but we had none. the e tickets were all we needed to take and the show was amazing! definitely would see this one again
All the colours and all the glitter!!! The actor playing the genie made the show. Was not a huge fan of Jasmine and we had the under study actor for Aladdin for the show we saw he did great! Never had a friend like me song was highlight of the show.... not sure how much I would have enjoyed if it were not for the genie.
