If you want an excellent day in the beautiful Napa Valley with an extremely knowledgeable guide, you want to choose this tour! My mom and I selected this tour, and when we return we will definitely do it again. Zack is extremely prompt with pick-up and getting you around the area. The locations you will visit are absolutely amazing. This tour was a highlight on our vacation.
I think that tour is a waste of your money....It is self- guided tour. I was hoping to receive some information about wine making process....nothing. Basically that tour is just providing you a driving accommodation including small lunch. In addition to our tour fees, we have to pay for testing in 2 out of 3 wineries mandatory which makes that trip ridiculously expensive for family.
This tour was amazing and worth every penny. Zach is awesome and very knowledgeable about the area. The castle was amazing as was the lunch outside in the picnic area at the second winery. This tour is perfect because the early departure time gets you to the castle before the very large crowds come in. I would recommend this tour. I will take it again the next time I am in the area.
This tour was fantastic! Our driver Zach was really knowledgeable. The Mercedes van was comfortable and very clean. The views of the 3 wineries were spectacular and we had plenty of time at each stop. Loved the wineries. Highly recommend to everyone!
The tour driver was excellent and enhanced the trip. The visit to Castello Di Amorosa was very interesting and the wines were good quality although very over-priced. The next 2 wineries were very disappointing. Andretti winery served up absolute rubbish for tasting, disguised by a 'performer' who preferred to put on a show rather than discuss wine and offer a serious tasting experience. Stick to race car driving Mario if that's the best you can serve up. The final winery whose name escapes me, offered an ideal location but again, undrinkable wines. If you're serious about your wine, don't take this tour. If you want a pleasant experience with some great scenery and wine isn't your priority, this tour will suit nicely.
This was a great tour! The trip was a little long, but Zack made it enjoyable sharing a lot of knowledge about the area and local vinyards. Dominico at the Castle was wonderful. Johnny at Andretti was the BOMB!!! We loved the lunch provided by Zack and his wife, sitting at the picnic tables at the Andretti vineyard. I would recommend this tour to anyone!
