En primer lugar, eche un vistazo a la Capilla de San Pablo, un lugar religioso que se convirtió en uno de los principales puntos de encuentro para amigos y familias en busca de noticias sobre sus seres queridos tras el ataque. I thought the guided tour was in the museum. It was an outside tour. Very cold. Not a small group. Hard to hear the guide at times. Some misinformation. I had told the person I purchased tickets from that we had Broadwaytickets that night. I thought the tour was inside the museum with extra time to spend on our own. Wrong,

This was definitely one of our favorite but yet very sad tours we did during our 5 days in NYC. Our tour guide was amazing. She was a native of NY and had a lot of connections to this tragedy. The tour started at St. Peter's Church and continued around the block where she described what happen that day. I would suggest that everyone take this tour before touring the museum.

We enjoyed the tour and appreciated all the personal stories from the guide about his own experience as a long time NY resident.
We all saw it on Television but hearing the stories we did not see was quite emotional. Made me feel our country is in much better shape than the media would have us believe.

I was severely hampered by a heel spur. The guide made no attempt to take into account my limited mobility. We eventually gave up.

A real bummer.

If you aren't familiar with any of the facts or stories about 9/11, this might be a good tour. It was small and Rob was very nice. The talk seemed a little to canned at times and I was surprised at some things he didn't know. More before pictures would be good. But, my biggest complaint was that dropping me at the museum at 5:00 PM did NOT leave enough time to thoroughly tour the museum. It closed at 8:00 PM and I was one of the last out. I rented the museum head set and enjoyed all that. The museum is so well done. NY should be very proud of how the museum has memorialized that horrific day. So a no to the tour. A big yes to the museum.

A wonderful memorial and tribute to horrible events that affected our nation. Parts of the museum are grand and laid out in large sections. The interior section contains a lot of information and representation through artifacts and written history about the events of 9/11/2001.

We had a great tour of the 911 site and the new memorial/museum! Our guide, Jeff, was excellent, we had a great, and moving, experience!

John was an excellent and authoritative guide. He spoke from his experience which in many ways was better than the museum itself. His insight and attentiveness to detail and also sensitivity to the group were great. Beyond the call. I can tell he is a person who cares about the city, the people and those who protect the city. I highly recommend this tour and this guide.

Amanda was a great tour guide. We really suggest people to take the small tour. She is very knowledge and polite and friendly and responsible.

We wanted to get in without waiting in line at the museum. We also waited until the day before we wanted to go so did a last minute look and the only way to go was to book a tour. We like walking tours and this was no exception. The only thing that disappointed me was that I could not see the time before I booked it. I hit buy and THEN it told me it was 3PM. If I had known that I would not have bought, because it really made us hurry through the museum due to evening schedule. However, we did really like our guide, the info they gave on the walk, it was just too long for us due to our schedule. Book earlier than prior day and enjoy. Lots of good info from our guide Amanda. Also as late in the day as we went on a Saturday, April 29th, there was no line to get in the museum.
