Excelente !!!!!!! Cocina tipica y te cocinan ahí, frente a ti.

We really enjoyed the tour of Palermo there is a lot to see and this tour covered most of it

The biggest problem was locating the bus stops. Despite having a map showing given points of pick /drop off, they weren't always signposted with the bus tour making it very difficult to know if you were in the right place. Locals were helpful but often didn't know themselves or sent us to the wrong bus stop. Wasted a lot of time on a one day trip in Palermo waiting at bus stops and often the wrong ones. Clearer signposting like a simple solution of company sign at designated bus stops would be useful? We did the A line route but never found the B line. Even the bus company staff were vague and we went the wrong way. Expensive really at 20 each. Horse and carriage only costs 50 bartered down and they let you get off and explore sights too and can carry four people.

Not only were the bus stops not marked clearly - we actually only visibly saw two signs - the bus was not running according to the printed material we received. We ended up walking most of the time and even had to take a taxi. Not worth two cents. Very disappointed, as we have used hop on/hop off in many cities and it's a great way to see the city. We complained to the lady in the office about the stops not being visible and she didn't care. She actually closed the office door on us. Extremely poor service and communication. Don't waste your time or money.

pas toujours très facile de s'y retrouver dans les horaires et dans les lignes ... Le plan n'est pas assez lisible et précis.

The 2 tours available were good, each offering an insight into the history and culture of the city. A 'must visit' is the Royal Place and Palantine Chapel--stunning. However, a problem was the lack of clarity about the times of the buses. The time table available on line didn't always agree with times shown on the bus stops and buses were running at times that hadn't been advertised. Other hop on tours we have used included their timetables, winter and summer, within the route map. Palermo should operate a similar scheme. On our holiday we used 4 hop on tours and Palermo was the only one to cause any difficulty, taking the shine off what should have been a good day out

A challenge finding the stops and we were told an attraction was closed when it was open.
