Pasamos un día muy lindo, en un lugar asombroso. La guía estaba súper preparada no sólo respecto al lugar sino también a la historia de Croacia y todo lo que debemos saber. Repetiría sin duda!

First of all adored my tour guide Tammy!!!! Secondly, sites were wonderous as you can imagine. It is very remarkable the human fascination with falling water, it makes you wonder if all of God's creatures can sense the magnitude of these natural wonders. Furthermore if you do not find these falls magnificent can you be considered human?

1. Timing: On time pick up from pre-decided/ fixed location
2. Tour guide Tamara: knowledgeable, provides the required information will provide you more info if requested, able to manage the group well, extremely clear in communication, accommodating and flexible towards any special needs
3. Tour: well organised and good coverage with the much required break on the way to Plitvice National Park from Zagreb city.

To be taken care off
1. Although nothing to do with the tour operator, the queues at the lunch station may get very long as there were only 2 caterers. Hence, it might take longer than expected at the lunch area.
2. Comfortable footwear with good grip is a must. Warm clothing it got a little chill as we walked up the National Parks during Oct
3. Return to Zagreb city might take longer than onward journey considering the traffic jams. Hence, plan any events post return from Plitvice with caution.

Because our trip was at the end of the official season, we concluded that our well informed and courteous guide was worn out.

The bus was comfortable and the interim stop pleasant.

The speed at which we proceeded through small communities left us curious about what we might be missing.

Of course, the Park was dazzling!

Lucky us! After reading the reviews for this tour were blessed with Tammy Tamara as our tour guide. We knew the lakes were going to spectacular but our 2 hour ride from Zagreb to the lakes was made better with our guide. Tammy was very informative, gave us group of 16 the history of the areas struggles and ultimate fate. Tammy makes this trip at least 3 times a week but you can tell by her enthusiasm that she is so proud and in love with her country. I don't blame her, this tour was the highlight of my trip to Croatia, and that is saying a lot considering the country is awesome!!!

Really nice tour, small group and the views are breathtaking. They stopped some other smaller lakes before as a bonus and it was great. The guide was very knowledgeable but very bland and seemed she was really bored of doing the same tour... a friendlier guide would have helped make this the best..

It was very convenient to be picked up/dropped off at our hotel, for the entrance fee to be included, and to have someone tell us exactly where to enter. However, I was hoping this was more of an educational tour. Our guide gave us 15mins of Croatian history when we boarded the bus but that was it. I thought that we would learn about the lakes, the geography, or anything really during the walk. Instead, she would just tell us to walk in a certain direction and then wait for her at cross roads. Disappointing. We should have just organized this ourselves.

If this rating were for the guide only Tammy, the tour would rate an easy full five stars. She was clear in her speech, organized, and more efficient than the park managers apparently when she helped separate the horrendously long lines for the lake boats into separate lines for separate boats. The park is certainly worth seeing, even when crowded, but several small things should be considered. We were warned that all food and water would be our own responsibility and we were prepared, but for such a long trip, it would be a good touch to have bottles of water available in the van. With such large crowds in the summer, especially midday, perhaps an early morning alternative could be offered. Finally, and our only real complaint, there was apparently a mix-up on pickup times. We end up waiting in the van thirty extra minutes for the last group to arrive forty five, actually, we were the first to be picked up before starting the two hour drive to the park.
